Shipping

UVG offers shipping exclusively within Canada. We are committed to ensuring that your order is dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

• Free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes).
• Standard shipping applies to orders under $100 — the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

At UVG, we aim to ensure that your experience with our eyecare products meets your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, under the following conditions:

• Unopened Products: All unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition you received it, without any signs of use or tampering with the original packaging.
• Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, any products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a return or refund.

Please note that all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving your return, UVG reserves the right to inspect the item(s) before processing a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@ushoppe.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team is available to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible.

To reduce the risk of loss or damage in transit, refunds and exchanges can also be completed in person at any of our locations. You are responsible for any return shipping charges, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales tax — Ontario HST (13%) for Ontario orders, or your province’s GST/HST rate — is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely by Square; U Shoppe never sees or stores your full card number.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at shop@ushoppe.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
